Reza Zadeh is a trusted advisor to some of the most influential leaders in America. His coaching and teaching sit at the intersection of leadership alignment, emotional intelligence, cultural transformation, and whole-life clarity.
Drawing from his Iranian heritage and Division-1 athletic background, Reza brings a distinctive mix of cultural intelligence, competitive toughness, and leadership expertise. His experience includes working directly with NFL teams—and consulting with professional athletes, senior executives, and high-performance organizations. He studied at both Colorado State University and Dallas Theological Seminary, with specialized study in human dynamics, leadership character, and organizational development.
Today, Reza encourages and equips chaplains across the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and NCAA, and partners with executives and high-capacity teams through The Clarity Collective, his leadership and clarity consulting practice.
