Empowering leaders to live with purpose and fulfillment

Several years ago, I started waking up every morning with what felt like a golf ball in my stomach.

At first, it was easy to ignore. From the outside, life looked exactly like I had always hoped it would. I was serving as a pastor, leading a church I had planted that was growing rapidly, preaching every week, and helping people navigate some of life’s biggest decisions. People were coming to faith, lives were being transformed, and by every external measure, ministry was thriving.

But the feeling never went away. Over time, that golf ball became a baseball, then a softball, and eventually it felt like a basketball sitting on my chest.

What made it so frustrating was that I couldn’t explain it. I wasn’t lacking opportunity, purpose, or achievement. I simply knew something was off. I needed a change, but I couldn’t clearly see what needed to change. And when you lack clarity, even obvious decisions become difficult.

That season launched me on a journey to better understand purpose, leadership, identity, strengths, and how people are uniquely wired to contribute. What I discovered changed everything: most people aren’t stuck because they’re incapable. They’re stuck because they’re unclear.

Long before I became an executive coach, my own life had been transformed by clarity of a different kind.

I was born into a Muslim family in Iran and immigrated to the United States after the Iranian Revolution. During college, while playing football, I encountered Jesus Christ through a campus ministry. That encounter changed the trajectory of my life. What began as curiosity became conviction, and eventually a calling to help people discover the life they were created to live.

For more than two decades, that calling has taken me into a wide range of leadership environments. I’ve served as a pastor, church planter, Bible teacher, executive leader, and NFL chaplain. Today, I serve nationally by equipping and developing NFL chaplains who minister to players, coaches, and their families across the league. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of teaching God’s Word, developing leaders, coaching executives, and walking alongside people during some of the most defining moments of their lives.

Today, I bring those experiences together to help leaders and organizations gain clarity and chart a clear path forward.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with high-performing leaders in corporate boardrooms, NFL locker rooms, churches, executive teams, and entrepreneurial ventures. I’ve coached business owners, senior executives, growth-minded entrepreneurs, professional and Olympic athletes, pastors, NFL leaders, and individuals navigating significant life and leadership transitions.

As a former collegiate athlete, I understand performance culture from the inside. I’ve served in elite leadership development environments, directed intensive training experiences for collegiate and Olympic-level athletes, and helped leaders navigate the unseen pressures that often accompany success. Through executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, and speaking, I’ve seen a common pattern emerge: success without clarity often leads to frustration, fragmentation, and burnout. Clarity creates alignment, resilience, confidence, and sustainable performance.

My work is grounded in the conviction that every person has been created by God with a unique purpose and design. Whether I’m facilitating a strategic planning process, coaching an executive, guiding someone through a LifePlan, teaching Scripture, or speaking to a room full of leaders, my objective remains the same: to help people discover who they were created to become so they can live, lead, and serve with intentionality.

Because when people gain clarity, they stop feeling stuck. They make better decisions. They lead with greater confidence. They strengthen their families, organizations, and communities. And they move forward with purpose.

That is the work I love.
